What our clients say about us

FAQ’s

  • We recommend having your Longines watch serviced every 2-3 years to keep your timepiece in optimum working conditions.

A Longines watch is a delicate instrument that requires regular maintenance to ensure it keeps accurate time and remains in prime condition. There are several telltale signs that your Longines timepiece may need a service, including:

    • Your watch is running too fast or too slow

    • The second-hand skips several seconds

    • Condensation under the watch glass

    • You can hear a rattling noise in the case

    • The hands or dial seem loose

    • Odour coming from your watch

If you're facing any of these issues, we recommend bringing your watch into our repair centre to be inspected by one of our watchmakers. Ignoring any of the problems mentioned above could result in further damage.

  • Our Longines watch battery replacement, reseal, and pressure testing services can often be carried out while you wait or within the hour, depending on the demand for our services.

We would always recommend calling or emailing ahead to book a time slot.

  • We offer a comprehensive Longines watch glass replacement service while you wait. Although we stock a wide range of glass types, we recommend contacting us to confirm we have the correct replacement for your particular watch brand + model.

If you own a vintage watch, the manufacturer may have discontinued the production of the watch glass replacements, and a bespoke watch crystal will need to be cut to size. Unfortunately, we aren't able to offer this service while you wait.

  • Simple Longines watch repairs can be carried out while you wait, such as adjusting the links, replacing the battery or glass, pressure testing and resealing.

As an independent repair centre, we can provide a complete Longines watch service within 3 - 4 weeks.

More complex overhauls, such as the restoration of a watch, can take longer.
