With spring just around the corner, it’s inevitable were all thinking about jetting off this summer. But what if your watch isn’t waterproof?
Here at AMJ watch services, we have come up with a few handy tips on how to stop your watch from steaming up and corroding the inner mechanism whilst you’re away on your holidays.
Haven’t had your watch serviced in a while? Now could be a perfect time, have your watch pressure tested or resealed if needed to minimize water damage whilst enjoying the sun.
Making sure all button crowns or chronograph buttons are wound or tightly screwed
Don’t press any chronograph buttons either in or on the surface of the water to avoid your watch from steaming up.
